Adding beans like kidney beans or black beans to Quorn Mince helps to bulk out dishes to make your ingredients go even further. You could also add some greens to this dish by stirring in a couple of handfuls of fresh or frozen spinach leaves!

I needed a very mild version of this so halved the spice quantities and doubled the paprika. I also used frozen sliced peppers instead of fresh and added a small tin of sweetcorn, was very tasty.
We agree! Great recipe to adapt to different taste and ingredients available. Winner for everyone.

Delicious. I’ve made this many times now. I swap in different beans to ring the changes and often serve with flatbreads, guacamole and/or sour cream and grated cheese.
It's cool that you found the recipe delicious! Keep swapping in different beans and enjoying.

Made this chilli several times. I prefer it with blackeyed beans and heinz beans. I garnish it with grated cheddar, Greek yogurt, Guacamole
